Basic maintenance for wheelchairs (and other mobility aids) such as repairing punctured tyres, fixing wheels, etc will all be done free of labour charge (just pay for parts). Any work that can be done without parts, or that just requires a puncture patch will not incur any parts charge and therefore will be completely free.
